Crestline Defence (Pty) Ltd and Semper Primus (Pty) Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") operate Pilot Guardian, a SaaS infrastructure platform for drone operations. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information responsibly.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the service, including:

• Device information relevant to upload infrastructure and account connection.
• Upload metadata such as Shift ID, pilot name, and operational notes.
• Authentication and session information required to keep your account connected and secure.

We do not access, view, or store your video recordings. All recordings are uploaded directly to your own Google Drive and remain under your control.

How We Use Information

We use collected information only to:

• Upload recordings to your connected Google Drive account.
• Organize uploaded files into structured folders.
• Maintain, secure, and operate core platform functionality.

Google Drive Access

Pilot Guardian uses Google Drive API access only to provide the upload service you request.

• We only access Google Drive to upload files on your behalf.
• We only interact with folders created by the system for Pilot Guardian uploads.
• We do not read, browse, or access your other Google Drive files.
• We do not store Google Drive file data on our servers.

Access is limited to what is necessary to provide the service.

Data Storage and Ownership

All uploaded recordings remain owned by you and stored in your own Google Drive account. Pilot Guardian does not retain copies of uploaded files.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except for minimal processing needed to operate the service (such as secure communication with Google APIs you authorize).

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit, including secure API communication and access controls appropriate to service operation.

User Control

You can revoke Pilot Guardian's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account permissions settings.

Third-Party Services

Pilot Guardian integrates with the Google Drive API. Your use of Google services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
